How to Order on OrganicEdge’s web store?

(i)On myorganicedge.com, Browse or Search product you want to buy.

(ii) Add product to your shopping cart by clicking “Add to Cart” or Select “Buy Now”

   “Add to Cart” Button will add selected product to your shopping cart and you can continue searching or browsing other products. Once you have added all of your interested products to Cart, Select Shopping Cart and review products you have selected. Here, you can change quantity of the product or remove entire products from cart. Then Click on “CHECKOUT” button.

“Buy Now” Button will lead you directly to checkout page.

(iii) At Checkout fill in all the required Contact information and Shipping Address and click “Continue to shipping” button

(iv) Select Shipping method and then click “Continue to Payment” Button

(v) Select Payment Method you wish to pay with and select billing address. Then click “Complete Order” Button.

This will redirect to secure payment gateway you’ve selected, fill in required credit card or account details and complete the payment.

6.Once the payment is complete it will automatically redirect to order confirmation page. You will also receive order confirmation email to provided email address.

Your Order placing process is complete now. You will receive email notification with Courier tracking details, once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Can I pay using Cash on Delivery?

Yes, you can pay using Cash on Delivery.

Cash on Delivery service may not be available at some delivery location. In that case our team will request you to pay using alternate payment method or cancel the order according to your preference.

How do I know if my payment has gone through?

If your payment is successful, you will get Payment Success notification at checkout and you will be redirected to Order Confirmation Page. You will also receive an Order confirmation email with payment reference details.

You may also receive payment confirmation email from payment gateway service provider (it depends on selected payment gateway at the time of checkout).

Money was deducted from my Card/Account but order wasn’t confirmed/transaction failed. What should I do?

This usually happens on a slow connection, if the payment servers freeze, or if you accidentally close the payment page before it auto redirects to our website. In case you don’t receive an order confirmation email but you’ve still received a message from your bank or wallet provider stating that the amount has been debited, don’t worry!

(1) Payment Amount that got debited.

(2) The email id you would’ve used to place the order.

(3) Approximate time at which the amount was debited.

So that We can check the status on our payment gateway. The payment status can either be (a) captured, (b) pending, (c) failed, or bounced.

(a) In case the payment status at our end is captured, we will create an order for you, for which we’ll need the details for the product you want to order, shipping and contact details.

(b) If it’s pending, we’ll have to wait for some time for the gateway to confirm the payment.

(c) If it’s failed or bounced, your bank should reverse the payment to your account within 3-7 days.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. We use Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery and DTDC Primarily and use EMS / India Post, Shree Maruti etc as well.

Is PIN Code/ZIP Code in delivery address Important?

Highly recommended. Using PIN or ZIP Code, we can ensure your delivery address is in service area of our preferred Shipping partner. In case our preferred service partner does not have service at your location, we can arrange alternate shipping option before dispatching the order. Therefore, it helps us to deliver your order on time.

What if I receive damaged parcel?

If your parcel arrives damaged, mention the damage remarks while signing the POD as well as you need to register the complaint within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and submit all the details of the damaged parcels along with the proper evidence like photos and image of a signed POD copy (if possible).

Our team will evaluate the complaint and provide resolution on the same case-to-case basis. No requests will be considered, Without proper evidence.
